Hot Stone Therapy
The theraputic potential of this treatment is beyond measure. Basalt (hot) and Marble (cold) stones are used during the treatment and the varying temperatures alternately sedate and energise responses to the body. During the course of the treatment, warm stones are placed on or under the body, inducing deep muscle relaxation. Stones are then 'massaged'along the skin's surface, to help relieve muscular aches and pains and induce relaxation.
