Sylvia qualified from the Scottish School of Reflexology in 1995 with a diploma in Reflexology, with further courses attended in reflexology and meridian therapy with Inge Dougans and Maternity Reflexology with Suzanne Enzer. She qualified in 2001 in Three in One Concepts Kinesiology and in 2004 added to this when she qualified in Health Kinesiology. She also holds a Nutrition for Healthcare Practitioners certificate which is a requirement to be a professional member of the Kinesiology Federation. She has also attended courses for the Australian Shell Essences and Colourworks 1 and 2. She continues her professional development and is due to attend an advanced course of health kinesiology in March 2009 with the founder of health kinesiology, Jimmy Scott. With kinesiology the body has its own innate intelligence and knows precisely what it needs to bring about its own healing. Sylvia is supportive through her clients' process whilst encouraging them to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. Reiki treatments & attunements are also available as Sylvia has held her Reiki Master certificate since 2001.
