The colon is one of the most important areas of the body when it comes to health as it is estimated around 80% of disease processes start in the colon.

Colonic Hydrotherapy also known as Colonic Irrigation is like a gentle bathing of the colon.

ARCH (Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists) have compiled a video, showing the process of a closed colonic hydrotherapy treatment, this is what we offer.

Although actual treatment time is approximately 45 minutes please allow an hour and a half for actual appointment time. This is to ensure that Joyce has your full health history and that time is given to explain the procedure. Joyce firmly believes that a relaxed atmosphere and time produces best results.

Many clients ask what they need to do in preparation prior to treatment. It is best to have a light meal an hour or two prior to treatment, again, after treatment, a light meal is advised. You will always be provided with an after-care sheet. You may go about your business as normal following treatment.

Whilst we offer packages of treatments, we often find that for many people, one treatment can be sufficient. We also suggest that if you have never had a treatment before that you book one to begin with. Our highly experienced therapist will advise you following treatment as to whether you would benefit from any follow up treatments.
