A deposit is payable on booking of appointment. of appointment. Any cancellation of less than 48 hours notice given (24 hours if booked 48 hours prior to appointment date) then any monies paid are forfeited and balance of booking is still due. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received.

In cases of non-attendance of appointment, with no notification, there will be no refunds of any monies paid. If non-attendance was to be paid via Gift Voucher then the cost of the voucher is deemed to be forfeited.

Block bookings have no time limit. These can be used as and when at the payees discretion and can be used by family friends also. Non attendance of any appointment within a block booking will be deducted from the block with no refunds of that appointment.

Email confirmations of appointments are sent on booking of the appointment.It is the clients responsibility to make themselves familiar with the contents of the email in order to get the best of their treatment experience and any terms and conditions.

Results from colonic treatment cannot be guarenteed. From time to time it may be suggested by the therapist that the client may benefit from further treatment however at no time will further treatment be suggested to anyone who does not require this.

It is the clients responsibility to notify the therapist during the consultation of any health conditions which may effect the treatment. If doubt regarding any physical conditions exist, please communicate this to the therapist who can advise accordingly.

All equipment used is single use, disposable. Sterilisation procedures used are those as stipulated by our governing organisation Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH).

The remainder of any fees due will be payable at the end of the appointment time. Please notify the therapist if claiming back via Healthshield where a signed receipt is required to be given to the client for submission to Healthshield.
