Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to fill in a consultation questionnaire and 3 day food diary Nutritional Therapy Glasgowdetailing your medical history, current diet and lifestyle.  To download these forms click on each link Nutrition Questionnaire, Nutrition Diary, Food Preferences and BANT Terms of Engagement.

Prior to your consultation a computer analysis of the food diary is carried out and a review of the consultation forms is completed. We do request payment of 50% on the return of the consultation forms which should be received by us 48 hours prior to any appointment.

The first consultation will last for 90 minutes and together we will go over the questionnaire thoroughly as well as discussing your goals in order to produce a program that is tailored specifically to your needs.  Investigative tests and/or supplements may be prescribed if you wish and will be discussed during your initial consultation you will then be given a program to follow until the next consultation or pending any test results.

A follow-up consultation will be required in most cases. This will take place approximately 3-4 weeks after the first consultation and last 60 minutes. This will include a discussion on how you are progressing, if you are experiencing any changes in any symptoms and amendments to your programme made if necessary.
