It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time you purchase. 1.6 The Bothwell Clinic reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch, in the case of an order cancelled by us we will provide a full refund on any monies paid to us.
1.7 The pictures on the website were accurate at the time of upload, packaging of supplements change, this is out of the control of The Bothwell Clinic and we can not be led liable to any loss due to the change of packaging.
2. Payment
2.1 All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20%. It is your responsibility to reclaim VAT if you are exempt. We do not hold responsibility for any import tariffs or similar charges if you are outside the UK.
2.2 Prices quoted do not include delivery charges. These will be added on at a later stage and can vary depending on size and weight of order. All delivery charges must be paid to complete order unless you are entitles to FREE delivery.
2.3 By entering card details you are declaring that the card being used is your own. We can not be held responsible for any misuse of cards.
2.4 Full payments must be received by us before we will send out any supplements.
2.5 Failure to pay or withdrawal of a payment will result in immediate cancellation of your order.
2.6 We are not responsible for charges made by your bank as a result of using your card.
2.7 All online payments are processed through WorldPay, a secure online portal. It is your responsibility to read and accept/decline their terms and conditions.
2.8 All payments will be applied for with immediate effect.
3. Delivery
3.1 All deliveries will be made to the address that you specify when placing the order. We can not be held responsible if the address is incorrect. It is your responsibility to make sure all information provided is accurate.
3.2 All deliveries will be done through The Royal Mail. All deliveries will be done in compliance with the Royal Mail guidelines.
3.3 All delivery times on the website are a guideline. We can not be held accountable for late deliveries.
3.4 Occasionally mistakes can be made, if you not receive an order you must contact us as soon as possible.
3.5 If an order is received damaged it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

4. Age of Consent
4.1 By placing an order you confirm that you are cohering with any age of consent law for specific products.

7. Returns
In accordance with EU law you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. We will not refund any opened products, all returned products must be sealed. We will refund the monies to the same card that it was paid with, we will not refund to a different card as an anti-fraud measure. If you wish to return an item that has been delivered within the last 7 days, please email mail@bothwellclinic.co.uk. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept opened returns, a good must be suitable for resale. The monies will not be refunded until after the product has arrived back with us and we have had time to inspect it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
